This was homework. I got to draw my favorite animal.

I got these at school today. My table had the most points and I got to pick a prize from the box.

Anneke's update

I like playing with my Barbies and I am playing with them right now. Only my babies fit with my Loving Family stuff. (in a deep voice singing) Jingle Bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way. (in a high voice) Oh what fun it is to ride in a one horse open sleigh.

Anneke's afternoon

My mom is great. My mom is good. I like cupcakes and we are having a tea party now. With cupcakes. They have strawberries on top and I just ate one that looks like a basket and Rosy's brother gave them to us. Now I want to have a tea party. That's all.

Marcus created this in church yesterday using Crayola crayon. (I love that we are all in pants except Anneke. Saturday she told us that she feels like a boy when she wears them.)

Things About my School (Marcus)

I made this work of art at school in art yesterday.

I used colored pecils (pencils), markers, water, tracers and paper (My hand was in the mood for writing so I tried to figure more stuff out).

Homework

(Sorry that it isn't more clear.) Anneke's homework for today was to write her name several times and draw a picture. The picture was supposed to be of her new friends. Anneke said, "I drew lots of people because I have lots of friends." Gotta love the confidence.

Anneke got hurt on the playground once.

My family is great. Marcus is going to school sometimes. (I want to write it, Mom.) What else to say? We are teaching Luke how to speak and talk. Luke is just one. Sometimes there are school days and sometimes we can go to you guys's house. That is all I want to say. Oh, Marcus is reading the scriptures before he gets baptized. Why is that red dotted line there? (Answer: It isn't a word.) What isn't a word? (Answer: Guys's.) Guys's means family. I don't like going to bed. My mom knows she can be a part of our family and that is how she knows sometimes I need her when I cry in my bed. I get Luke after his nap or tell Mommy and Daddy. Yea, that is all.

Starting Up

We will see how this goes. I am letting my children have pretty much free reign with very little intervention. I hope you all enjoy it and comment a lot. They like that.
